You learn to perform powerful movements from your hips and let the movement flow through your spine in the form of a wave. This allows you to expand your range of movement in a short space of time. Learning new and sometimes complex movement sequences rejuvenates your mind. You strengthen your coordination skills and sprout new nerve connections.
