Our beer: a German cultural asset and the epitome of conviviality for centuries. From June 6 - 8, 2024, the Schlossplatz in Münster will be transformed for the eighth time into a large open-air pleasure mile for beer lovers and culinary explorers. Visitors can sample over 150 different beer specialties from the region and around the world, from medium-sized craft breweries to young, wild craft beer breweries - there is something for everyone at the beer festival: Belgian cherry beer, fruity hopped New England IPA, French Blanche, Swedish rice beer, chocolate-flavored porter or would you prefer a down-to-earth Pilsner?
The variety of beers on display simply knows no bounds!
"With the beer festival, we want to showcase beer as a luxury food and the exciting versatility of our breweries from Germany and abroad," says organizer Michael Solms, who organized the first beer festivals in Germany back in 2013 as one of the early pioneers of the new beer movement.
In addition to the diverse range of beers, there will also be tasty cocktails and wines, delicious burgers and the world's best fries from Frittenmeister.
