In the organizer's words:

The GfZK opens its doors for the Museum Night Halle & Leipzig and invites you to a varied program.

6pm - midnight:
The education team will give hourly tours of the collection exhibition Things That Were Are Things Again and the exhibition Sarah Pierce: Scene of the Myth
Venues: Villa and new building of the GfZK

6pm-10pm: Reusable Lab
In the reusable lab, we collect leftover materials from everyday museum life and invite all visitors to experiment with the materials and create something new.
Join in and: Potch up your style
Get to know the potch transfer technique and give your fabric bag an upgrade!
You can bring your own fabric bags and other textiles.
Location: Villa of the GfZK

6-8 pm: Performance in the exhibition Sarah Pierce: Scene of the Myth
Performers activate a series of works in the exhibition Scene of the Myth.
With: Aleksandra Velichko, Angelika Waniek, Aya Ganor, Kata Churi Potrykus, Lenya Taubert, Leon Billerbeck, Lissy Willberg, Nora Frohmann, Sarafina McLeod, Sophie Meuresch
Venue: New building of the GfZK

7-8 pm: Guided tour in English through the exhibition Scene of the Myth
The artist Sarah Pierce and curator Rike Frank are guests in Leipzig and will give a personal tour of the exhibition.

8-9 pm: Dialogic tour through the collection exhibition Things That Were Are Things Again
