Music Moves You - Dance Theater 50+

This workshop is an invitation to play and explore—an opportunity to discover the diverse expressive possibilities of the human body and to experience them through dance, both as an individual and as part of a group.

Movement, body language, and expression form a wonderful trio that we use every day quite naturally and intuitively. Under the guidance of experienced choreographer Barbara Cleff, spaces for creativity are created—laboratories for simple movements, movement patterns, and group scenes. Inspired by specific tasks, a wide variety of aspects of dance are explored.

Course Instructor:
Barbara Cleff is a choreographer and instructor who has developed and directed numerous dance theater projects. She was born in Wuppertal and studied at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen, the ArtEZ Institute of the Arts in Arnhem (NL), and cod arts Rotterdam (NL). Since 2011, she has been a lecturer in continuing education and cultural geragogy at Münster University of Applied Sciences.
