How does a story sound? And how do you make your own instruments from simple materials? In this open hands-on activity, the Fröbel book workshop combines music, rhythm and picture books.
Together with Fröbel teacher Henning Petersen, children and families explore different sounds and noises. Everyday materials become instruments with which stories can be accompanied and retold. They will try out how rhythm, tempo and sound change - and how music and language interact.
By making music together, the first soundscapes are created that bring stories to life. The focus is on trying things out, listening and experiencing them together - with plenty of room for your own ideas.
The event is aimed at children from around 2 years of age and their families and offers low-threshold access to musical creation.
