In our creative workshop "Courage Moments", we invite you to go on an inspiring journey of discovery: We create a safe space in which you can explore, strengthen and celebrate your own personal courage.

Through guided self-reflection, group discussions and creative impulses, you will experience how courage arises in many small moments - and how you can consciously invite it into your life.

At the end of the event, you will not only take away valuable inspiration and tools suitable for everyday use, but also a self-designed memento that will remind you of your moments of courage in the future and accompany you on your journey.
