With their third studio album Times, the Sewing Machine Quartet marks a new chapter in the band's history. The four musicians from Munich have perfected their unmistakable sound: a captivating duet of saxophone and guitar, embedded in the playful, driving groove of bass and drums.
Guitarist and composer Simon Harscheidt has always focused on one thing: melodies that touch and stay in the ear. Why shouldn't contemporary, instrumental jazz also produce catchy tunes?
