Nähwerkstatt & Upcycling
In the organizer's words:
We offer a sewing workshop every first Friday of the month without registration.
Whether it's shortening curtains, sewing on patches, closing ripped seams or altering items of clothing, there are eight sewing machines and an overlock machine available.
You are very welcome to try out your own upcycling ideas (e.g. making a hair turban from a shower towel or converting jeans into a bag). The internet is full of suggestions.
Beginners are actively supported by our volunteer. Sewing utensils can be provided. There may be short waiting times.
In cooperation with the AWO MiA women's course.
Access to the workshop is not step-free.
