We invite you to our taster day!

Get to know us, our community and our cooperation partners .

Discover our offers, try out products and immerse yourself in a day full of exercise, nature and encounters.

In the morning , you can take part in various sessions such as yoga, meditation and tai chi .

In the afternoon, you can expect stalls, exchange, good food and an open space for everyone.

There is a separate program for children with movement and creative activities.

Times:

11:30 - 11:50: Dynamic yoga with Caro

12:20 - 12:40: Sound meditation with Aline

(please be there 10 minutes before)

13:10 - 13:30: Tai Chi with Julian

14:00 - 14:45: Cocoa ceremony & Yin Yoga with Nishta

Children's program:

From 15:00

• Children's yoga (approx. 20 min, fixed times)

• Face painting for children

• Play & discover nature

Cost children's yoga: 8 €

Can be booked in advance or spontaneously

Open Community Space

From 15:00

An open space for encounters, exchange and enjoyment:

• Stalls & insights into our community

• Snacks, cakes & grilled food

• Time in nature & with the animals

• Exchange with coaches & partners
