NESTOR - Live 2024 // Support: Velveteen Queen
NESTOR are five childhood friends who formed a band over three decades ago in their hometown of Falköping, Sweden. Now the rock star dreams of their youth have been reanimated, and the band is revisiting the influences of the 80s with a lot of heart and a wink.
With three singles already released this year and a total of over one million plays for the songs and music videos, the hype surrounding the album "Kids In A Ghost Town" by Swedish nostalgic rock band NESTOR, which was released on October 22, is enormous.
The aforementioned singles "On The Run", "1989" and the current single "Tomorrow" (featuring none other than 80s pop icon Samantha Fox) are joined on the album by seven other tracks, all of which deserve just as much recognition.
There are certainly no fillers on this AOR milestone - three of the songs were also co-written with renowned songwriter Andreas Carlsson, who has already worked for Bon Jovi, Europe, Paul Stanley and others.
