The opening of the new exhibition rooms in the former convent building marks the completion of the long-term renovation of the Augustinermuseum. Modern, barrier-free and interactive, the museum presents the art and cultural history of the region on a total area of 2,900 square meters.
The new exhibition space on four floors has noticeably changed the museum's appearance. Visitors will experience a much broader and more diverse cultural offering, increased use of media and new forms of participation and mediation.
