Cross-museum tour (MARKK, MK&G or Hamburger Kunsthalle)

This special tour invites visitors to take a summery walk through Hamburg's city center - on the trail of cats in art, design and cultures around the world. Together we will walk (and also take the subway) from MARKK to either the Hamburger Kunsthalle or the Museum für Kunst & Gewerbe Hamburg. On the way, we will discover representations of cats in the city. We will encounter the cat as a cult figure, symbol, everyday companion and artistic projection surface - from historical objects to modern designs. The tour combines two museum visits with the flair of a city tour and invites you to see familiar paths in a new way.

In cooperation with the Museum für Kunst & Gewerbe Hamburg and the Hamburger Kunsthalle.
