New Art Festival

Imagine entering a world where the boundaries between stage and audience, between art and party, between strangers and friends, simply disappear. On May 10, we invite you to the next Luft&Laune: to a place where art doesn't hang behind glass, but happens wherever you are. Theater, disco, nude drawing, performance art, drag, techno, campfire - who says you have to choose?

Spread across the entire site is an evening that can't be pigeonholed. Countless locations, a common thread that you draw yourself

"Look at Me" a performative installation by the Berlin collective Blitzbereit about the struggle for visibility. The evening escalates between human exhaustion and mechanical presence, from the first irritation to total collapse. Those who get attention exist. Those who are forgotten are in danger of never having been there.

In the Heißluft Salon, the curtain rises on FischHerz, a queer fairy tale for adults by and with Michael von Schönberg. Puppets, glamor, musical numbers and perhaps a hot striptease. Fixed seats, fixed show times. Take a seat. Take a deep breath. Let yourself be carried away.

Miriam Klauke invites you to a figurative drawing session in the ArtSpace, with moderation, model and material. With pen, paper and a sharp eye, she approaches figurative forms: live, spontaneous, inspired by movement. Whether with a weak hand, blind or reduced to the lines, nothing has to be perfect.

Drag artist Saroxa steps into the spotlight - make-up as a medium, drag as a living sculpture. Does drag always have to be in clothes? Does drag have to be anything at all?

The Roundtable Night rolls its table tennis table from the harbor to us again. Between round tables, cold drinks and living room sets, a game of sound and encounters is created.

Musically, we have a range that goes far beyond techno. Outside in the Frischluft Salon, DJ Sylvie takes you by the hand with sunshine, radio pop and world music - and your hips do the rest. What was that in January in the café with Klingeling and Friends? It's time for them to shake up the techno floor in boiler room style in the main hall. You can expect a journey from deep tech to funky grooves and uncompromising techno. Musical surprises await you from 1 a.m. in the Heißluft Salon.

You will find ArtSpace interactions, video installations, photo exhibitions and room installations spread across the site. Images that stay. Spaces that breathe. Canvases that are filled. Just like the TogetherSpaces, they float above the grounds like jellyfish. Slip in. Wait. Talk.

And of course there's more to come. Things that we don't announce. Things that just happen.

Quiet, shrill, popping, sour, sweet. Surprising.

Moments that you tell your friends about later. Or perhaps better not.
