The New Moon Cacao Tasting is a monthly chocolate and cocoa experience that deliberately slows things down and focuses on the origins of cocoa. In a peaceful atmosphere, we will focus on selected chocolates and ceremonial cocoa from Central and South America.

Together, we will mentally travel back to the regions of origin of cocoa. During the tasting, we will try four special chocolate bars with cocoa from countries such as Mexico, Peru and Nicaragua. In addition, a ceremonial cocoa is traditionally prepared on site and served fresh.

The new moon stands for a quiet moment of contemplation and creates a suitable setting for this special taste experience. Gentle sounds and the subtle aroma of cocoa and Palo Santo accompany the tasting and create a relaxed atmosphere. The result is a sensual experience that brings cocoa to life in its original form.
