New Moon Yoga

In the organizer's words:

True to the motto "just like the moon we move through phases", we will use this magical event together to reflect, accept and manifest everything that is meant for you and comes from your heart.

We will start the evening together with a loving meditation so that you can come fully into yourself. Afterwards, I will inspire you with journal questions to match the new moon, which you can answer entirely for yourself.

To round it all off, we will practice a dynamic yet gentle flow so that you can feel and sense your whole body.

We will end the evening with a heart-opening cacao ceremony.
