Helt Oncale and Wolf Dobberthin bring the sound of New Orleans directly to the stage - raw, warm and full of groove. With their own songs and well-known classics from the south of the USA, the result is an evening that feels like a stroll through "The Big Easy". Blues, swing, jazz and a pinch of alligator funk merge here to create a very unique sound, carried by the soft, nocturnal vibes of Louisiana. Helt Oncale, born in New Orleans, honed his musical roots on the legendary Bourbon Street and stands for an authentic southern sound with plenty of stage energy. Wolf Dobberthin from Wiesbaden is a trained multi-instrumentalist and music teacher who plays his piano with palpable passion and, together with Helt, gives the duo its unmistakable character.
