If tastemaker media such as BBC 6, DIY Magazine, DORK and all British feature pages agree that the Irish indie rock band should definitely be listened to, it's safe to assume that it's worth it. With singles such as "Swimming", "I Don't Recognize You" and their EPs "Waves" and "Banshee", the trio have prepared the ground for the release of their 2024 debut album "Madra", on which NewDad skilfully fuse indie rock and post-punk into a sound that will win over fans of The Cure, Slowdive and Curve, among others.
