"Not with me!" is a weekly offer (outside of the vacations).

This Safer Space is aimed at MINTA* young people and offers space to move freely, try out martial arts and self-defense or simply have fun in a sporty and playful way - and sometimes just to chill out and talk.

Together, we practise clearly perceiving and defending our own boundaries, recognizing (structural) boundary violations and developing concrete strategies for everyday situations. In doing so, we strengthen our confidence in voice, posture and appearance and learn how to protect and defend ourselves in an emergency.

Be real - come as you are. Drinks and snacks are provided.
