What's the difference between a hit and a shit song?

Vancouver power trio Night Court embrace the contradiction: gigantic songs in tiny packages, laced with fearless and saccharine melodies.

Since the Covid lockdowns, the band has released an avalanche of releases, including the LPs $HIT MACHINE (Recess Records, 2024) and the freshly remastered Nervous Birds LP (2025).

Their "fuzz-pop perfection" (Razorcake) and exuberant live shows earned them the cover of Razorcake Magazine in 2023, and they've shared stages with icons like Marked Men and The Avengers.

Plans for 2026 include European and Canadian tours, an interview in Thrasher Magazine and the release of their 5th album. Night Court are well on their way to conquering the world of s(hit) songs.

What began as a one-man project in a basement in 2010 has long since grown into a permanent fixture. Neon Bone stands for poppy, raw punk rock in the tradition of bands like the Ramones, The Queers or Parasites. After touring the USA and Japan and releasing their latest album "Eager to please" (Monster Zero Records, 2024), they are now coming to Dortmund.
