On the occasion of his 70th birthday, Nils Landgren is fulfilling an absolute heart's desire: he is organizing concert evenings with a symphony orchestra!
The world-famous composer and arranger Vince Mendoza has arranged the best songs from Nils Landgren's long career for live performance with a large orchestra. Accompanied by Nils Landgren and his trio, the orchestras will add a new dimension to the songs live in symphonic sound. Nobody looks forward to these evenings more than Nils Landgren himself, and anyone who knows him knows that this enthusiasm will also capture his audience from the very first note!

"My 50 years as a professional musician, which coincide with my 70th birthday, are the fulfillment of my great dream. I have traveled the world and had the opportunity to work with big names that seemed unattainable to me, a boy from the steel industry town of Degerfors in northern Sweden. I am probably also living the dream of my father, who loved playing the trumpet himself but didn't quite dare to make a career out of it. The biggest dream of all, however, was always to be able to perform a whole evening with orchestral accompaniment together with my friends. The sonorous embrace of a symphony orchestra is the greatest thing for a musician like me. I dreamed of this as a young man and I hope that my experience will be yours too!"
