Inclusion is important.
There should be fewer barriers in the theater.
The theater should be for everyone.
How can this be achieved?
We need to talk about these issues.
We invite all people who want to talk to us about it.
We sit in groups at different tables.
We talk to each other.
We have coffee and tea.
At the beginning, Claire Diraison explains:
'There's a new advice center.
It's called Open Up!
It organizes culture for children and young people.
These children and young people have a disability.
Then there are discussion rounds.
There are four tables.
Each table has a different theme.
People from four theater groups sit at the tables.
After every 20 minutes, the audience changes tables.
Everyone can be present at three of the four tables.
The event is held in simple language.
A sign language interpreter is present at the event.
She translates the spoken language into sign language.
You must book a ticket for the event. It is free of charge. Then you are registered.
