In the organizer's words:
I can only speak for myself: I have a certain perception of my body - one that is often critical. My body never feels enough for me, never beautiful enough. I notice how I constantly judge myself, even when it comes to everyday things like eating. And that's exactly what I want to stop.
That's why I'm inviting you to join us to talk about this important topic and bake the most beautiful cookies. I've invited two great women to help me start the Christmas season empowered and strengthened: Caro Gugu from @deinkoerperistgenug and Ina from @bellabolle. Both are experts in their field and will support us in letting go of old beliefs, promoting self-acceptance and developing a sense of strength and lightness.
Let's create a space together where we can share honestly, experience joy and remember that we are enough - just as we are. Baking cookies becomes a symbol of enjoyment, community and self-love. I look forward to seeing you!
