Noelia Sinkunas

The Argentinian pianist and composer Noelia Sinkunas presents her "European Tour 2026" with a series of concerts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, among others. Her concerts are lively journeys into the depths of Argentinian tango pop music with her own compositions, which include urban rhythms rooted in tango and a playful repertoire of danceable tango pieces. - She will be accompanied by Ignacio Santos (bandoneon), Carolina Rodríguez (violin) and Cristian Basto (double bass). For Noelias Sinkunas, the tango is more poetic and sonic material than a prefabricated genre and is located at the interface between new tango and contemporary music. - In 2025, Sinkunas received the "Gardel Award" for the best instrumental tango album for "Costero criollo", which she recorded as a duo with Milagros Caliva on bandoneon.
