Nordstadt together - one day, many highlights

On July 5, Dortmund is celebrating another highlight in its calendar of events.

Lord Mayor Thomas Westphal cordially invites everyone to a festival full of impressions, encounters and experiences with Nordstadt together. The new harbor district on Speicherstraße will become a stage - with live music, hands-on activities, exciting insights into urban development, interesting interview partners, infotainment, a market of opportunities with many activity areas, a wide variety of actors, guided tours, art, culture and culinary delights. In an atmosphere that makes you want more.

The afternoon (2-6 p.m.) offers a colorful program for all age groups:
Games, sports & fun - Creative hands-on activities - Children's Olympics & games - Infotainment - Interesting talks - Guided tours of the harbor area - and much more. Families will also get their money's worth.

The stage program in the evening (6 pm - 10 pm) ensures a summer feeling and party atmosphere in the Port of Dortmund.

DJ JUF-X (6 pm, 8 pm)
The evening program will be accompanied by DJ JUF-X. Whether DEW21 Museum Night or DORTBUNT - JUF-X knows how to transform large squares into dance floors.

Walking on Rivers (7 p.m.)
The Dortmund indie folk band combines folk roots with catchy pop. Their music creates an energetic atmosphere throughout Europe.

Highlight: Chris de Sarandy (9 pm)
At 9 pm, British singer-songwriter Chris de Sarandy takes over the stage. With his distinctive voice and a sound between indie, pop and soul, the Brit provides the emotional soundtrack for the summer. He is known for the summer hit "Cynical" together with Safriduo and twoolors, which was followed by numerous live performances with the German electro house duo, as well as a nomination for the 1LIVE Krone. His other songs (including "Good Girl, Sad Boy", "Who I Am" and "Losing My Mind") tell of heartache, hope and big feelings - catchy, honest and full of atmosphere. Chris de Sarandy inspires with his musical authenticity, his charisma and a live performance that gets under your skin.

The event is presented by our media partner Radio 91.2. The presenters from Radio 91.2 will be live on site and will guide you through the program throughout the day. Be there and experience a day full of inspiration against a maritime backdrop in Nordstadt.
