Professional photographer Sebastian Lehrke covers more than 8,000 kilometers in just seven weeks - with his self-converted van "Frieda" and by expedition ship - and travels far beyond the Arctic Circle. His destination: the far north of Europe. The route there? Deliberately unplanned. He lives into the day, soaks up the deceleration and lingers there, where spectacular nature, endless days, extreme weather, eternal ice and moving experiences await him.

Sebastian takes you into a world full of outdoor adventures in Norway and Spitsbergen - and perhaps has a tip or two if you want to set off by van or boat yourself soon.
