In the organizer's words:
We will take you on a tour of our exhibitions on site! Experienced art educators will give you an introduction to the exhibition "Impressionism. The presentation of Impressionist works highlights the differences between the German and French representatives as well as their similarities. It also asks what themes the painters on both sides of the Rhine dealt with, where their main impulses came from and what interactions can be traced visually and historically.
