At the organic market in the Hansaviertel district, visitors can find food from controlled organic cultivation, certified with the EU seal. Most of the products come from direct suppliers who are also certified by organic farming associations such as Demeter, Bioland, Verbund Ökohöfe Nordost, Naturland and Ecovin.
On offer are baked goods, fruit and vegetables, dairy products and eggs, meat and sausage, delicatessen, wine and sparkling wine, confectionery and coffee. The range is complemented by jewelry and books, fabrics and textiles, soaps and African art.
