OM&TALK Special - with a focus on exchange, networking and a topic that is particularly relevant for many self-employed people in the course and studio context:

"How do people actually find offers today - and what really gets them to book?"

We will start at 7 pm with Chat & Connect: arrive relaxed, get to know new people, share experiences and inspire each other. Then there will be the content part with Raphael (Fyndery) on the topic:

"User Journey: how people interested in yoga find & book courses today"

What exactly is it about?

We will look at the typical steps that interested parties go through - from "I want to do something for myself" to actually booking. This includes questions such as:

• Where do people search for yoga, Pilates & similar offers today - and how do the paths differ (Google, social media, recommendations, platforms, local search)?
• What information do interested parties really need to build trust and make a decision?
• Which typical hurdles prevent bookings (e.g. lack of clarity regarding times/location/price, too many steps, lack of orientation, little comparability)?
• Which adjustments make the biggest difference - without having to build everything from scratch?
