In the organizer's words:
Bob (DiCaprio), a washed-up revolutionary, ekes out an existence in a haze of drugs
and constant paranoia. One of the few constants in his life, far removed from society, is
his spirited, independent daughter Willa (Infiniti). When his arch-enemy (Penn)
and Willa goes missing, the former activist sets out on a desperate
search for her. In the process, father and daughter must face the consequences of Bob’s
past actions.
