ONE EYE OPEN - live in Duisburg

Acoustic guitar, mandolin, piano, violin and percussion - not much more is needed to make their music a direct and unadulterated experience. The four-piece band ONE EYE OPEN follows precisely this approach. One Eye Open's lyrics are reminiscent of Dylan Thomas, John Steinbeck or Tom Waits, with a penchant for longing and melancholy. Critics and fans sometimes compare the music to Mumford & Sons or Bears Den and praise the great atmosphere of the live concerts in particular. After numerous shows in clubs and venues in Germany, tours in Ireland and England and festival appearances with Liam O'Maonlai (Hothouse Flowers ), Justin Sullivan (New Model Army) and Mike Peters (The Alarm), the Düsseldorf band's eleventh studio album will finally be released in May 2023.
