What you can expect
An afternoon full of singing joy in the unique One-Day-Choir! A chance to feel community, make new friends and unite our different voices to create a powerful sound.
In addition to musical games and fun warm-ups, we will work on a polyphonic pop song - at the end we will sing it just for us! No auditions. No long-term commitments. No perfection. Whether you already have choir experience or just like to sing in the shower - everyone is welcome and all levels of experience are appreciated.

Procedure
To prepare for the day: Simply listen to the song a few times until you have it well in your ear.
In our time together:
- Arrive & sing in
- Musical games
- Working on the song
- Fine-tuning the sound, expression and dynamics
- Joint run-through with video recording

Location
We sing in the beautiful auditorium of the Gertrud Luckner Trade School. With its high ceilings and historic ambience, the room invites you to enjoy magical sounds.

Conductor
Raphael Lehnert is a singer, music teacher and choir director from Freiburg. He directs the choir with benefits and has been working with singers of different levels of experience for years - from beginners to experienced choir singers. His focus is on pop/jazz arrangements and a warm, appreciative rehearsal atmosphere. At One-Day-Choir, he combines musical quality with a lot of humor, lightness and room for personal expression.

Notes
Punctuality: Admission from 13:40, start at 14:00. We close the door about 30 minutes after the start so that the group can get into the flow in peace.
Bring along: Water bottle & pen
