Together we dive into a nourishing space where connection comes alive on all levels - to yourself, to others and to the ancient forces of the elements.

Energized by the Elements invites you to experience yourself as part of a greater whole and to consciously feel the elements of fire, wind, earth, water and ether within you and around you, perceiving them as a mirror and source of power, clarity and transformation.

Each element opens up its own space of experience - and at the same time they weave themselves into a living web of connection:

🔥 Fire - your life force, transformation and inner truth

🌬️ Wind (air) - breath, movement, lightness and expression

🌍 Earth - support, embodiment and trust

💧 Water - feeling, flow and devotion

✨ Ether - space, stillness and the connection behind everything

In this circle, we enter into a relationship with these qualities - through yourself, in contact with others and in the shared field:

1. Embodiment: embody the elements and feel how they move you and work through you

2. Singing & voice: Use your voice as a bridge between inside and outside - carried by the element of air

3. Encounter & connection: Meet others in the mirror of the elements - honest, present and connected

4. Cacao ceremony: Open your heart and connect with the nourishing, flowing power of water and earth

5. Meditation: Listen to the silence of the ether and find expansiveness within yourself

6. Journaling: Anchor your experiences and put the elements into words

You are welcome to bring:

• yourself and your open heart

• Favorite cup for the cocoa

• something to write / your journal

• something you would like to place on the altar during our circle

• Nature objects from your next walk

You don't need any previous experience - just the curiosity to get involved in the shared experience.

Come as you are and walk a little more soulfully.
