Open Doors: Chameleon with Henry Ivanov

Henry Ivanov (Maxim Gromov) is a Leipzig-based contemporary artist whose work explores identity, transformation, and self-acceptance through vibrant colors and expressive forms. His main medium is acrylic painting, but he also works with diverse media such as crafts, sewing, upcycyling and collage, translating his experiences and inspiration from people and the world around him into layered, playful compositions. Through his art, including short videos that bring his work to life in a cartoon-like joy. Henry invites viewers to encounter their own colors, celebrating imperfection, empathy, and authenticity.
