The ORANKELICHTER Kulturweihnachtsmarkt starts for the third time at the most beautiful lake in Lichtenberg. The Orankesee lido will be transformed into a magical place full of culture and festive atmosphere.

On December 1, the Kulturweihnachtsmarkt will be ceremoniously opened with the production "The Visitors" by the V.O.S.A. Theater. During the first three Advent weekends, you can look forward to a varied, international cultural program, including daily fire shows by artists such as Mosaique and Pyro BanGang. Experience captivating fairy tale readings and interactive fairy tales with Jeronimo the storyteller and two elves from the Hammerflausch ensemble. Enjoy theater with Snow White, cinema, circus by Jessie Rose and dance to live music by talented artists such as Johanna Zeul, Imma Express, the composers' quarter, DANCE DEPOT and to Rockin' & Swingin' Christmas by the Lenard Streicher Duo. Heavenly sounds with the Orankechor and KlangArt-Berlin also await you! Build your own musical instrument at the Flairdrum Flaschenschmiede workshop and show off your singing talent at Christmas Carol Karaoke. Poetry fans can experience a poetry slam with the Kierzpoeten. For the little ones, there will be an exciting adventure concert with Monkey & Ich as well as the Musikmission Wichtelzauber workshop and a great, free Advent workshop for handicrafts with Kinder an die Macht e.V. every weekend.

Throughout the event you will find stalls with unique gifts, arts and crafts and food trucks with delicious food such as pulled pork sandwiches, hand bread, quark balls, kale, Korean cotton candy and much more!
