After a successful first year with a total of seven exhibitions and a variety of events, the Orbit exhibition space is entering its next season. Folkwang graduate Julia Jaksch and student Marla Koether are kicking things off. Jaksch's (*1994, Düsseldorf) artistic practice operates at the intersection of installation, photography, painting and drawing. Physical space and inner landscapes are central themes in her work. The artist lives and works in Düsseldorf and also works as a scenographer for short and feature film productions.
