16 years ago, the resistance group known as French 75 freed 200 detainees in one fell swoop from the clutches of the unscrupulous US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE for short. After that, the resistance fighters, including Bob Ferguson, known to everyone as Ghetto Pat, disappeared from the scene. Today, Bob is driven by paranoia as he fears that the former ICE Colonel Steven J. Lockjaw is still after him and is seeking his life in revenge. This concern doesn't seem unfounded, because Lockjaw has now completely drifted away and is part of the racist militia Christian Adventurer Club - and he's after Bob's daughter Willa.
