Come in comfortable sportswear, bring your own yoga mat & something to drink.

About the trainer: Hi, I'm Mascha - besides yoga, Pilates is one of my great passions. With my Outdoor Pilates I want to motivate even more people to strengthen their body and mind. I have decided to run the course on a donation basis so that sport is accessible to everyone and also to give something back. :)
