Overcoming Trauma - Celebrating Queerness

Hope meets reality, drag meets healing. This drag show by part-time princess Linette & Athena Owls is loud, honest and full of emotion. It tells of queer life realities between trauma, healing and queer joy - and of how we keep getting back up despite everything (or precisely because of it).
Exclusion, violence, family conflicts and mental struggles are part of everyday life for many of us. But we don't stay quiet. With drag as an art form, we reclaim our stories, bring pain to the stage and transform it into strength and a sense of community.
Together with other drag artists, we create an emotional, empowering program between glitter, vulnerability and healing. Again and again we ask ourselves the questions: How can we heal? How do we get through dark times - and what gives us strength?
The show is complemented by an infotainment talk about queer dating life. What challenges do we face when dating and what stories are there to tell?
A safe space for queer people and allies. Big feelings, honest stories and joint celebration. Let's overcome trauma - and celebrate our queerness!
