The dance school Elementio will open our Salsa Summer Night with a dance class. Led by professional dance instructors, you can shake a leg yourself on our stage during a free introductory course.

Orquesta Salsonora plays music from Cuba, Colombia, the Dominican Republic and other Latin American countries. We have carefully selected our repertoire from the most popular danceable rhythms such as salsa, merengue, bachata, cha cha cha and cumbia to appeal to both dance-loving audiences and musically curious listeners. Fantastic brass sections, cheerful vocal melodies and drum rhythms come together to create a unique dance firework.

The Palais Sommer is the big open-air festival in Dresden. It combines music, art, dance, yoga, workshops, literature, gastronomy and much more. Free admission.

In 2026, the Palais Sommer will take place on Dresden's Neumarkt from June 20 to July 26. Afterwards, the daily yoga program will continue in Alaunpark until 30 August. A total of around 200 events are planned.

Sun loungers and tables can be reserved in advance.
