How nice Christmas would be - without Christmas. What may seem like a utopia of cultural romanticism has been used by the German-Austrian chief avant-gardists of Panzerballett for the conceptual orientation of their program "X-Mas Death Jazz". For too long now, the celebration of love has been wasting away between nicely meant "Merry Christmas" and presents that are better left behind! But Panzerballett now offer a solution to this dilemma. "Crass" Christmas songs.

X-Mas Death Jazz" makes use of well-known Christmas songs from Germany and abroad, including "White Christmas", "Leise rieselt der Schnee" and "Last Christmas", in order to leave no stone unturned in comparison to the original beyond the basic sound sequences. As in the past, the self-perfected concept of "crimping" is applied

and thus created a jazz-metal monster in which technical power meets warm airiness. The virtuoso playing of Jan Zehrfeld and his fellow musicians does its part to create music that is incredibly enjoyable.

Through these Christmas songs, Panzerballett smiles at the listener in a friendly way, only to

then take the listener on a supposedly hellish ride through what was just before the "quiet time". "X-Mas Death Jazz" can be summarized in a few words: Hooray, desecrated Christmas!
