PAPER is finally back! On November 12, MELT Festival 's party series finally returns!

In 2022 we experienced a bit of a party burnout after our extensive PAPER tour with stops in Hamburg, Amsterdam, Cologne and Frankfurt as well as the four parties at Berlin's OXI with Coucou Chloe, Yung Singh, Dangermami, DJ Heartstring, Madam X, DJ Yarak and many more. In the summer of 2023, we came back briefly to say hello at MELT - our PAPER stage was a blast thanks to Ogazón, Vegyn, Anz, Skin On Skin and many, many more. But enough of the review, what's next?????

On November 12, PAPER by MELT will take place at Watergate - and for this we have invited Eliza Rose, TSHA, DJ Swagger, Aroma Pitch and a stowaway (top secret, but will be revealed soon), some of our highlights of MELT 2023, to break all boundaries Paper-like again!

Because seriously, what a line-up!


Eliza Rose, the baddest of them all, has long been playing her soulful bounce along with some of our favorite DJs in London and Berlin before her self-released 12" banger made it into the TikTok hall of fame. We love Eliza Rose's sensual voice, but PAPER has us craving one of her DJ sets. Expect a casual mix of house and disco classics, raw electro with a heavy hip-hop influence, and heavy UKG bangers.

Another London prodigy is TSHA, who is primarily a devotee of the UK's long rave history - which is reflected in both her sets and her production. No wonder her latest song features Ellie Goulding alongside Gregory Porter (ok!). As a DJ, she mixes old-school Chicago tunes and acid house with her current rave favs.

Bielefeld youngster DJ Swagger is in for another killer set after one of our favorite performances at PAPER in 2022. He just released an indie pop song via Kommerz Records (yes, he actually sings too), but when it comes to his vinyl crates, he's a monster of escalation: always nice and heavy yet somehow airy, he moves between electronic, German rap, 2step and more - no boundaries for him.

Cologne's favorite boy band, Aroma Pitch, are experts in well-tempered grooves somewhere between Chicago House, Detroit Techno and the present. Prepare for a DJ ride of triple duty, but please be sure to check out their live action as well (their HEAR set and 2021 LP on Public Possessions).
