Johanne Kippersund, currently one of Norway's most exciting rock singers and composers, is giving one of her rare concerts on the continent at Zimmer 16. In a duo with guitarist and producer Ørnulv Snortheim, she presents "Letters", Paper Crown's fresh third album after "Dreamers" (2021) and "Half Bad" (2023).

Johanne's voice sits enthroned above timeless rock and pop songs that combine engaging melodies, emotional depth and Scandinavian joie de vivre. The scene also reveres Johanne (who also co-runs a private theater in Hamar) for her energetic performance at the helm of the progressive art-pop band MEER.

Sometimes delicately reminiscent of the Beatles, but always unmistakable: Paper Crown provide the right ingredients for an exciting evening with their inspiring indie pop rock. It also marks the start of Paper Crown's first tour of Germany.
