Paris Paloma

Even before the release of her first album, British artist Paris Paloma achieved what most artists wait a lifetime for: she landed a viral song with "Labour", which has generated over 11 billion views on social media to date and established the singer as one of the most important feminist voices of her generation overnight. The track is a declaration of war on patriarchal role models and unequal care work and is therefore exemplary of the British woman's activist, literary art.

Born and raised in Derby, Great Britain, the singer found her way to music at an early age and took a keen interest in mythology and depictions of nature, which still play a major role in her art today. In addition to the fantastic mix of indie folk, dark pop and singer/songwriter style, it is above all these powerful linguistic images that have made Paris Paloma stand out since her first single releases. In 2024, the debut album "Cacophony" was released, in which the musician dedicated 15 songs to themes such as trauma, healing and female identity. Right from the start, her sound and the artist's live performances, which get under your skin, earned her comparisons with Aurora and Florence Welch, with whom Paris Paloma recently toured as a support act.

Two years after "Cacophony", the release of the follow-up album "The Fatal Flaw" is now imminent, the title of which was inspired by the successful novel "The Secret History" by author Donna Tartt. The album open-heartedly brings the singer/songwriter's innermost thoughts to the outside world, picking up on ancient approaches such as mystical tales, which are harmoniously woven into the personal lyrics. While the work, like many pieces of music, revolves around the core theme of love, Paris Paloma adds an unconventional new facet to the tales of platonic and romantic love: namely the irrepressible love of art, which has been present in the British singer's life since childhood.

This December, Paris Paloma will be taking her new work on The Fatal Flaw Tour of the same name and will also be coming to Munich, Frankfurt and Berlin for three dates.
