In the organizer's words:
With the concerts on The Fatal Flaw Tour in Munich, Frankfurt, and Berlin already sold out, a show in Hamburg is now also on the schedule for December 9.
Even before the release of her first album, British artist Paris Paloma has achieved what most artists spend their entire lives waiting for: With “Labour,” she landed a viral hit that has generated over 11 billion views on social media to date and established the singer overnight as one of the most important feminist voices of her generation. The track is a declaration of war on patriarchal role models and unequal care work, and thus exemplifies the British artist’s activist, literary artistry.
Born and raised in Derby, UK, the singer discovered music at an early age and developed a strong interest in mythology and depictions of nature, which continue to play a major role in her art to this day. In addition to her fantastic blend of indie-folk, dark pop, and singer-songwriter styles, it is above all these powerful linguistic imagery that has set Paris Paloma apart since her first single releases. In 2024, her debut album “Cacophony” was released; in its 15 songs, the musician explored themes such as trauma, healing, and female identity. Her sound, as well as her deeply moving live performances, have drawn comparisons from the very beginning to artists like Aurora and Florence Welch, with whom Paris Paloma toured as a support act.
Two years after “Cacophony,” the release of her follow-up album, “The Fatal Flaw,” is now imminent; its title was inspired by the best-selling novel “The Secret History” by author Donna Tartt. The album candidly reveals the singer-songwriter’s innermost thoughts, drawing on ancient themes such as mystical narratives that are harmoniously woven into her personal lyrics. While the album, like many musical works, revolves around the central theme of love, Paris Paloma adds an unconventional new dimension to the narratives of both platonic and romantic love: namely, the unbridled love of art, which has been a constant presence in the British artist’s life since childhood.
In December of this year, Paris Paloma will take her new album on tour as part of “The Fatal Flaw” tour and will perform four shows in Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, and Hamburg.
