Paula Lambert is a journalist, columnist, TV presenter and Germany's best-known relationship counselor. She learned her trade as a journalist at the Axel Springer Academy in Berlin. She was an editor at Die Welt and worked as a freelance author for Geo, Die Zeit, mare and Emotion, among others. In 1999 she was awarded the Axel Springer Prize. She had a column in GQ for twelve years and is known to an audience of millions through her TV shows "Im Bett mit Paula" (ZDF kultur), "No Body is perfect - Das Nacktexperiment" (SAT.1), "Paula kommt" (SIXX), numerous advice books and her two podcasts.
