Europe is at a turning point. Between values that define it and realities that challenge it. In the midst of these tensions, we ask a central question: What role can and should Freemasonry play today for a sustainable Europe?

With "Pearls before the Pillar", we are opening the doors of Freemasonry to open social discourse. In the first edition, entitled "Europe & Freemasonry - Between Ideal & Reality", we discuss with Dr. Christian Johann, Director of the European Academy Berlin, values in transition, identity crises and the question of whether Freemasonry can still provide impetus - and if so, what kind.

The talk format combines in-depth discussions with music, poetry and artistic impulses - an evening that encourages reflection and opens up new perspectives.
