Perspektivwechsel – GAMEchanger fürs Business

In our short workshop, you will find out why the methods, mechanics and technologies of the games industry are also interesting for start-ups. We also challenge classic business questions using serious play methods. If desired, we can also address real cases of the participants.

We want (future) entrepreneurs to recognize why user centricity is so fundamental for business development, how it works properly and how you can positively align your business model through the targeted use of gamification, for example.

Arne Gels, Director Conception & Business Development at Fusion Campus, will act as moderator and initiator. Fusion Campus enables companies to tackle challenges in a solution-oriented way by using technologies, methods, mindsets and communities from the games industry. Arne is also a board member of Retencon AG. The law graduate and advertising manager took over his first company in 2010, specialized in the combination of business and gaming and sold it to TÜV Rheinland in 2015. At TÜV Rheinland, Arne Gels was jointly responsible for digitalization, transformation and change as well as the digital unit of TÜV Rheinland Academy until 2019.
