🧘 Pilates & Paint Workshop - abstract spatula technique

Spicy Pilates workout meets painting: first we will guide you through a sporty Pilates unit and then lead you into an intuitive painting session with acrylic paints. You will create your own abstract work of art - without any previous knowledge.

• Guided Pilates & painting session with Pilates teacher & artist
• Canvas, paints & use of the Pilates mats
• All materials provided

Notice:

The image shown is for example purposes only - you are free to color & design. Please wear clothes that can withstand paint splashes. Drinks are not included in the price; please bring your own drink.

🗣️ The event will be held in German, but you can also take part if you speak English. We will then translate accordingly.
