IMPORTANT: Please bring your own yoga mat (or alternatively a large towel/blanket) for the classes. In case of bad weather, the class will take place indoors.

Our Pilates class combines strengthening exercises for the core with flowing movements for more stability, posture and lightness. Leave the day behind you, recharge your batteries and get back into your body.
Weather permitting, the class takes place outdoors at Villa Humboldt on the 1st floor. The area can be reached via the signposted side entrance, which leads to the 1st floor via the garden.
