We’d like to invite you to an evening of mindful, playful roughhousing and wrestling
A space where we can experience each other physically, emotionally, and mentally.

When: Fridays from 7:30 p.m. to approx. 9:00 p.m., doors open at 7:00 p.m.

Where: Pfälzer Schwertlöwen – Historische Kampfkünste e.V., Lachener Straße 78, 67433 Neustadt an der Weinstraße

Followed by a cozy get-together, conversation, and socializing—please bring something to eat and drink to share for the communal buffet.

Please remember to bring:
• enough to drink
• appropriate clothing and, if necessary, a change of clothes (comfortable, no zippers or buttons, suitable for the temperature, as the hall is not air-conditioned)
• to feel comfortable and respect others’ boundaries
